Dear KidCar Customers,

In May 2012, we, Zwei plus zwei GmbH, bought the insolvent KidCar Company, which had
filed for bankruptcy in December 2011.
It is our objective to keep up the “KidCar“ tradition and further to develop the trailers with our
know-how gained as a bicycle and family mobility specialist.

Ready, steady, go!
We have resumed the production of KidCar articles and should be able to deliver the first
products to dealers in early June 2013.
The range comprises the “Comfort“, “Twister“ and “Rental“ models and all the accessories of
the last generation.

KidCar - Made in Holland!
in order to assure these sophisticated child transport systems’ quality and delivery
dependability, we buy the bulk of the KidCar components from suppliers in the Netherlands.
And the models will also be assembled by a Dutch company we recently entered into an
agreement with.

Requests and orders
You can continue to place your requests and orders at info@kidcar.com, our KidCar
customer support e-mail address. We will process them as soon as possible.
Due to a certain lack of spare parts, there may be some delays in delivery. After all, we have
just resumed production. We hope you will understand this. We will, of course, take down
your orders and give you a date for the delivery of the backlog as soon as we can.

Please note that for a successful processing of your orders we need all your contact data
including a phone number. If you are a dealer based outside of Germany, please do also
include your VAT (or “BTW”) ID number.
